Return and cancellation policy
This refund and cancellation policy sets out
the general terms and conditions for registering for Delta Autokool OÜ training courses, cancelling training, refunding payments, and changing and cancelling driving lessons.
1. Register for training
When registering for training, a written training agreement ("Training Agreement") is concluded between the student and Delta Autokool OÜ, which sets out in more detail the terms and conditions of the specific training, the rights and obligations of the parties, the payment procedure and other
terms and conditions related to the training.
The student's registration for the training is confirmed after submitting the documents and evidence required by the school
, concluding the Training Agreement, and paying for the training.
Payment for the training must be made within 48 hours according to the payment instructions provided, unless otherwise agreed in the Training Agreement or between the parties.
Notifications related to registration, payments, and training will be sent to the email address provided by the student, by phone, or by SMS.
2. Validity of the training contract
The Training Agreement concluded with the Student is valid for 1 (one) year. The Student must complete and complete the training within the validity period of the Training Agreement.
If the student has not completed the training within the term of the contract and wishes to continue their studies, the Training Contract must be extended.
There is a fee for extending the training contract. The fee for extending the training contract is €50.
3. Cancellation of training and refund of payments
Consumer rights arising from the legislation of the Republic of Estonia apply to a consumer contract concluded through the website, including the 14-day right of withdrawal in cases prescribed by law.
To withdraw, the student must submit a clear statement to Delta Autokool OÜ.
If, at the student's request, the provision of training or other services has begun before the end of the withdrawal period, Delta Autokool OÜ has the right to demand payment for services already provided at the time of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.
The amount to be refunded will generally be refunded via the same payment method used to make the payment, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
4. Changing or canceling a driving lesson
The student has the right to cancel or change the agreed driving lesson time by notifying the driving school or driving instructor at least 24 hours before the agreed start of the driving lesson.
If the student:
– cancels a driving lesson less than 24 hours before it starts;
– fails to show up for the agreed driving lesson; or
– fails to inform the driving school or driving instructor of the cancellation of the lesson,
The driving lesson is generally considered to have taken place and the amount paid for it is not refunded.
5. Driving lesson cancelled or changed by the driving school
If an agreed driving lesson is cancelled or its time needs to be changed for reasons arising from the driving school or driving instructor, the student will be notified as soon as possible and a new suitable time will be agreed upon.
The student will not be charged an additional fee for a driving lesson canceled by the driving school.
6. Exceptional and unforeseen circumstances
Delta Autokool OÜ considers that both the student and the driving school or driving instructor may encounter exceptional and unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible to comply with the agreed deadlines or conditions.
In such situations, the parties will attempt to resolve the situation primarily through mutual communication and agreement and to find a reasonable solution that is suitable for both parties.
In exceptional circumstances, rebooking of a driving lesson may be possible by agreement even if the 24-hour notice period could not be met, or another solution that takes the circumstances into account may be agreed upon.
In the event of force majeure, the applicable legislation of the Republic of Estonia shall apply.
7. Refund and cancellation requests
Any request to withdraw from training, request a refund, or cancel a driving lesson must be notified to Delta Autokool OÜ via email, telephone, or other communication channel agreed with the school.
The refund request must include at least the student's name and sufficient information to identify the training and payment.
Refunds will be made in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Training Agreement and the applicable legalacts of the Republic of Estonia.
