within the framework of the agreement (e.g. hosting servers, IT support).

Personal data will be stored for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing
or to comply with legal obligations:

Accounting documents (invoices and payment confirmations) are retained
for 7 years in accordance with the Accounting Act.
Data related to training contracts and learning outcomes are stored in accordance with
the procedures established by the Ministry of Education and Research and the basis of the driving school curriculum.
