Fundamentals of teaching organization

The organization of training includes the volume of study, registration, payment, completion, and quality assurance.

Driving school teaching is based on the Adult Education Act, the Traffic Act, and the regulations for preparing motor vehicle drivers.

An academic lesson lasts 45 minutes.

Theoretical training can take place as contact training in a classroom or as flexible e-learning. Driving training takes place practically in a specially adapted training vehicle.

The student will be added to the study group after submitting a registration application, concluding a training contract, and submitting the data to the Transport Board.

Before starting practical driving lessons, you must pass a driver's medical examination and present a valid health certificate.

The driving school has the right to postpone or cancel the training if the group is not full.

Tuition is paid for based on an invoice before the start of the training, either as a single payment, in agreed installments, or by installments.

If a student discontinues training on their own initiative, tuition fees already paid will generally not be refunded.

If the training is cancelled due to a driving school, the fee will be refunded in full.

The training is considered completed when the student has participated in the prescribed amount of theory lessons, completed the mandatory driving lessons, and successfully passed the driving school's internal exams.

Mandatory training includes, among other things, training in the dark and training in avoiding the risk of slippery driving.

Upon successful completion of the training, the learner will be issued a training course certificate.

If the learning outcomes are not achieved or the course is interrupted, a certificate of completed hours will be issued.

A student may be expelled from school for failure to pay tuition fees on time, violation of internal rules, or unworthy behavior.

All teaching takes place based on approved curricula.

At the end of the training or at the end of the learning phase, written or electronic feedback is collected from learners.

Feedback is analyzed and, if necessary, changes are made to the study organization and delivery of the training.
